The term "bhaji" means fritter but in reality, they're only one tiny collection of interrelated pakora families, which includes a broad variety of tasty treats. Bhajis are the mainstay of the starter choices here, fried in chickpea batter and often eaten as a snack in its birthplace, usually with a good cup of tea. This deep-fried appetite is practically irresistibly and addictively crisp at its finest.
